These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the client ("you") and World Translate Pro, C. Guadiana 76, 11206 Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain, NIF: B-XXXXXXXX ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional translation, localization, certified/sworn translation, and interpreting services. All services are delivered digitally unless physical delivery of certified documents is required. Services are provided by qualified professional translators selected based on their specialization and language pair expertise.
3.1 Quotes are free and valid for 14 calendar days. 3.2 An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email) or proceed to payment. 3.3 Prices are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to IVA at 21% where applicable. 3.4 Prices are based on source word count, language pair, specialization, urgency, and certification requirements. 3.5 Additional charges may apply for: rush delivery, sworn/certified translation, notarization, apostille, desktop publishing (DTP), and revision beyond the included revisions.
4.1 Delivery deadlines are specified in the accepted quote. 4.2 Force majeure events may affect delivery timelines. 4.3 Revisions are included per your plan level. Additional revisions beyond the included number are charged at our standard revision rate. 4.4 Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
5.1 All documents are treated as strictly confidential. 5.2 We sign NDAs upon request before receiving documents. 5.3 Copyright of the source text remains with you. 5.4 Copyright of the translation transfers to you upon full payment. 5.5 We retain no rights to use your translated content. 5.6 Translation memories and glossaries created during your projects belong to you.
6.1 Our liability for translation errors is limited to re-translation or refund of the affected portion. 6.2 We are not liable for: delays caused by client-side factors; errors in the source text; use of translations for purposes different from those specified in the order; or consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. 6.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
7.1 Payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). 7.2 For corporate clients: invoicing with 30-day payment terms available upon approval. 7.3 Late payment accrues interest at the legal rate (Art. 1108 Código Civil). 7.4 IVA 21% applies to translation services provided in Spain.
8.1 You may cancel an order before translation begins for a full refund. 8.2 Cancellation after translation has begun: charged for work completed to date. 8.3 Rush orders: cancellation after acceptance incurs a 25% cancellation fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Algeciras. For consumer disputes, the jurisdiction of your habitual residence applies per EU Regulation 1215/2012.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
