All translation services are delivered digitally via email or secure file transfer. No physical materials are shipped unless certified/sworn translations require sealed physical copies, in which case courier delivery is arranged and quoted separately.
We deliver in your required format: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, Adobe InDesign (.idml), HTML, .PO, .XLIFF, .JSON, .SRT/.VTT (subtitles), plain text, or any other format specified in your order. If no format is specified, we deliver in the same format as the source document.
Standard: 5 business days for up to 5,000 words. Priority: 3 business days. Rush: 24-48 hours (surcharge applies). Large projects: individually quoted based on word count, language pairs, and specialization. Timelines begin when we receive the source documents and confirmed payment (or accepted invoice).
Digital copies (scanned PDF of signed and stamped translation) are delivered by email. Physical sealed copies are sent by courier upon request — delivery time depends on destination. All sworn translations include the translator's official stamp, signature, and declaration of accuracy.
Every translation is reviewed by a second qualified linguist before delivery. CAT tool quality checks are performed for terminology consistency, formatting, and completeness. Certified translations are verified against the source document before stamping.
Revisions included per your plan level. Additional revisions quoted separately. Glossaries and translation memories maintained for repeat clients. Questions about terminology, usage, or filing are answered free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
